Reality Check: CRM Funnel vs. Finance Actuals
Two different numbers, by design:CRM columns = live daily sync from HubSpot/Pipedrive: raw Google Ads spend and deals marked Won (a pipeline stage, not a completed surgery).
Finance columns = the s8e8 Marketing ROI Report, a hand-compiled monthly snapshot from the practice management system: spend including Adwords management fee, and patients tied to a completed surgery, plus collections. Finance data is not live โ it's only as current as the last export Finance shared (โ) and must be refreshed manually via scripts/update_s8e8_snapshot.py.
